Dr. Camille Swain is a board certified general surgeon with specialized expertise in breast surgery. She is a member of The American Society of Breast Surgeons and The Society of Surgical Oncology. After graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Elon University, Dr. Swain pursued her medical education at Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Swain then completed a residency at CarePoint Health, followed by a distinguished fellowship at Grant Medical Center. During this period, she received advanced training in a spectrum of specialized breast cancer techniques, including aesthetic flat closure, breast conserving surgery, hidden scar surgery, and nipple-sparing and skin-sparing mastectomies.
Dr. Swain’s specialized training in breast surgical oncology allows her to present a wide array of surgical treatment options to her patients. With a focus on treating breast cancer, high-risk breast cancer patients, and benign breast diseases, she finds gratification in collaborating with plastic surgeons to achieve optimal oncoplastic outcomes for her patients.
